Product Standards

The product is designed, manufactured, and inspected in strict accordance with Chinese GB and HG standards as well as U.S. API standards. The sealing surface hardness meets the specified requirements, and its width exceeds the standard.

Pre-sales Service

Product introductions, technical exchanges, custom product design, and troubleshooting.

In-sales service

We uphold contractual commitments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain constant communication with our customers. For special or customized products, our factory assigns technical personnel to provide users with product training and troubleshooting support.

After-sales service

1. Products under the “Xinbaoda Metal Products” brand are warranted for 12 months from the date of manufacture and are covered by a “Three Guarantees” service (return, replacement, and warranty).

2. During product use, our factory regularly dispatches technical and quality inspection personnel to conduct on-site visits and solicit feedback from users on product quality, usage conditions, and suggestions for improvement, so as to further enhance product quality.

3. Respond promptly to customer complaints regarding quality issues; after-sales service personnel will arrive on-site within 24–36 hours (48 hours for locations outside the province).

4. With regard to after-sales service, users are required to complete a post-service quality feedback form and provide their evaluation, so as to continuously improve Qigao’s service quality.

1. If the customer has any special requirements for the product, the following details must be provided in the purchase contract:

a. Structural length;

b. Connection type;

c. Nominal diameter, full bore, reduced bore, and pipe size;

d. Operating medium and its temperature and pressure ranges;

e. Test and inspection standards and other requirements

2. Our factory can configure various drive units according to customers’ specific requirements.

3. When the customer provides a specified product type and model, the customer shall accurately explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and the contract shall be executed only upon mutual understanding between the supplier and the customer.

4. Customers placing futures orders or making advance bookings are requested to first contact us by phone or letter to provide detailed information on the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and delivery location. A 30% deposit or the full payment shall be remitted to our account promptly; the remaining balance is to be paid prior to shipment to ensure timely dispatch.
