Cleaning steps for copper valves:

1. According to manufacturing requirements, certain components must undergo polishing, and their surfaces must be free of any manufacturing-related defects or imperfections.

2. All components shall be degreased;

3. After degreasing, proceed with acid pickling and phosphating; the cleaning solution shall be free of phosphorus.

4. After phosphating and purification, thoroughly rinse with deionized water to ensure cleanliness and eliminate any residual chemicals; this step is omitted for alloy steel components.

5. Each component shall be wiped individually with non-woven fabric, ensuring that no lint or other foreign matter remains on the surface of the components; alternatively, the cleaned components may be air-dried.

6. Clean each component individually by wiping it with analytical-grade alcohol using non-woven fabric or a high-density sterile filter, continuing until no residual dirt remains.
